Our Company Story

I grew up in St. Peter, Wisconsin and after completing the carpentry degree program at Fox Valley Tech, I started building houses for a home builder in St. Cloud, WI. I learned the right way to build and protect our living spaces in this climate. I came to Fond Du Lac for Wrightway in 2007. I was fortunate to partner with Joe in this venture and my focus is on the install aspects of the business. In my time away from the office, I enjoy the Wisconsin sports scene and I’ve been seen playing baseball in the area or hunting in the Fall. Our team is here to deliver top-notch service to you and I’d love to help you with your project.

Jon is our dynamic project and sales director with nearly 20 years of customer service experience. He currently specializes in product knowledge of doors, windows, gutters, retractable awnings, retractable screens and pergolas. His empathic approach to sales, paired with technological savvy and problem-solving skills ensure that all customers receive personalized solutions. 

Marie is our dedicated administrative, invoicing, and accounts payable director with extensive knowledge of office functions. She puts customers first and makes sure to go the extra mile to meet their needs and pair them with the right project coordinator. Marie ensures efficiency and satisfaction with every aspect of operations. 

Matt is our seasoned project manager with over 25 years of experience, specializing in insulation, doors, windows, decks, gutters, roofing, and siding. He excels in listening to customers by ensuring that their needs are met with integrity. Knowledgeable and approachable, Matt’s commitment to excellence makes him a trusted leader in the home improvement industry. 

Jon is our well-rounded project manager who has expertise in roofing, gutters, and doors. He pairs product knowledge with a great eye for design and a client-centric approach and sense of humor. Jon makes the sales experience enjoyable while ensuring customer’s needs are met with precision and care. 

Jenny is our Collaborative Workspace Coordinator who is dedicated to learn about our diverse range of products, services and customers.  Being a natural people-person, Jenny thrives in being part of the Wrightway family and their core values.   Her main focus is managing shared office spaces/duties, fostering a productive work culture and keeping our customers home improvements needs top-priority. 

Shane is our accomplished production manager who specializes in product knowledge of windows, gutters, roofing, and siding installation. His keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence allow him to effectively meet customers’ ideas. Shane’s personable approach and attentive communication style fosters positive relationships.  

Micki is our warm and welcoming receptionist who greets every customer with genuine enthusiasm. She is always willing to lend a hand when needed and assists with administrative tasks. Micki strives to provide helpful information with a positive attitude to all customers.
